Is there any assistance for band fees?

We want every student to have the option to participate in band.  We offer a payment plan to break fees into several easy payments.  We also offer fundraising events throughout the year that allow students to raise money to cover their fees.

How can I find out about band activities, rehearsals, etc?

Log into Charms.  Charms is our primary way to communicate with students and families.  Go to the Charms login page, and enter the school code conroehsband.  Parents and students may enter a password to access student accounts, or you may view the public calendar and files.  We communicate in several ways.

  • Charms has a calendar with all band events listed.  You can sync the Charms calendar with your own calendar on your phone.

  • Be sure your email information is correct and current in your student Charms account.  Emails are sent regularly about events, rehearsals, fundraisers, etc.

When does my 8th Grader need to start?

Our newest members start their high school band experience right out the gate with Registration Day and Freshman Marching Camp, usually during the first week of summer break.  Both are important events you should plan for in advance.  Details will be posted on the 9th Grade InformationRegistration and Summer Band pages as they develop.
